I've been following up with the doctor for last few days to share the bill for consultation but haven't received it yet. No response from either doctor or clinic on WhatsApp even after multiple follow ups. This is general operational hygiene which is the bare minimum expectation.
I sent for video fever, cough and cold. The doctor examined me and suggested logical precautions. It helped me a lot

The doctor does explain the root of the problem properly giving proper medication and the follow up after three days was really good. The dosage and correct medication was given which did help me to stop my coughing.
Ma'am is so sweet, she listens problem keenly and understand them. She explained the whole issue, that why my friend was haaving cough issue. Consultation was hassle-free, and she also advised some hygiene points to protect ourselves from cold and smog. Consultation fee is affordable, in addition, follow-ups are free( depends if you need or not, will be advised by ma'am)
